There are various ways I can help you do this, using different kinds of therapy techniques.
Services
Individual Therapy
$200 for intake session *
$175 / ongoing sessions
Individual therapy will focus on exploring and repairing your relationship with yourself. The common reasons people go to therapy is to help work through anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. During individual therapy sessions, we’ll work through these with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, or Reality Therapy.
Family/Couples Therapy
$225 for intake session*
$200 / ongoing sessions
Family and Marital Therapy will focus on exploring and repairing your relationship with yourself and others. During family/couple therapy sessions, we’ll work through family issues and concerns, including relationship and blended family difficulties.
Counselor Supervision (LPC)
$75 / 1 Individual hour session
$75/ 1 Group hour session
Outsourced Agency Supervision
$540-$1200 per month (3-6 supervisees)
My clinical experience includes individual, family, and couples therapy, case management, core services, and crisis stabilization. I currently see clients in private practice, and I also have experience as a clinical supervisor for a major mental health agency in Georgia. My goal is to supervise and assist associate counselors through the many challenges faced in becoming fully licensed, teach supervisees about the modalities I utilize with clients, and to help supervisees build confidence in their clinical decision-making skills. Lastly, I also assist supervisees with identifying their next steps after becoming fully licensed.

Therapy isn’t a “one size fits all” solution. This is why I provide various approaches to therapy that tailor to your experiences and personality.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy works through your thoughts and feelings contributing to your depression, anxiety or self-esteem. We will find ways to change your negative thoughts and feelings to improve your mental health.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a talking therapy based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. In these sessions, I will help you learn to recognize and accept your difficult feelings and work through ways you can manage them and make positive changes in your life.
Reality Therapy
Reality Therapy focuses on problems you are facing at your current moment in time. We will work through a plan of action to help you improve your current circumstances and relationships.
