Hi, nice to meet you!
I am Dr. Natasha Goodman, a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in helping Black women find their purpose, build their self-esteem and build healthy relationships.
In my years of working in the mental health field, I have helped individuals and families improve their ability to set boundaries, communicate effectively, improve self-care, and improve their self-esteem.
Every therapy journey is different. As you have your own unique experiences, your therapy experience will be unique as well. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family + Marital Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy. I also provide clinical supervision to associate counselors in their journey of being fully licensed and beyond.
